With 45+ years of hands-on experience, 2 masters degrees and 2 graduate certificates, Mr. Willingham is a board certified architect with decades of design and management service expertise plus he has provided consulting and expert opinion services. Mr. Willingham is a proven leader with extensive medical design, consulting and project management expertise. He is responsible for the design of millions of dollars of medical facilities annually.
